This package has been designed as a helpful guide to assist you with your arrangements of your special function. This is only intended as a guide - we specialize in adapting to any particular situation, menu or requirement. Just ask us about any special needs. We are very versatile and our relaxed, rustic atmosphere makes our facility second to none.

Our main type of functions of course would be golf tournaments for the avid golfers from groups of 20 to 160. However with careful planning and advance booking we are able to put on many other types of functions such as Weddings, Birthdays, Retirements, Christmas Banquets, Anniversaries, Annual Meetings, Murder mysteries, Workshop Seminars etc. Most anything is possible at Pine Ridge.

We do specialize in Buffet Dinners where the guests can file through a complete Salad Bar - Hot Entrée Steamer Table and then enjoy a Dessert Bar with many different choices to choose from. We have the ability to provide Buffet Breakfasts as well as Continental Breakfasts or Coffee break items especially great for seminars and registrations. We offer a full breakfast menu as well as luncheon and dinner items available seven days a week during our season.

We can cater to Hors d’oeuvre Parties, Dance Luncheons etc. from the most simple to the more elaborate. Ask me for some references from past customers and they will tell you of the service we provided for them.

To assist you in making decisions regarding your function we have prepared this guide.

Selecting the day is of course the most important and is the first step to securing your day. Some larger tournaments are booked at least 1 year in advance.

Hall Rental:  Off Season January - March possibly could include November as well. If no Hot Meal is served then we charge $500.00 + gst. If it is during our regular season and you are having a hot meal then we charge a minimil fee of $350 plus gst.


Time Of Function:  Social Hour, Meal, Dance

Number Of Guests Attending:  A semi confirmed number is required a month prior to the event although changes can be made up to 2 days prior. Some exceptions may apply. Whatever is confirmed is what you pay for, not the number that attends your function, unless number attending is more than what you confirmed.

Type Of Meal Required:  We are very flexible here at the Ridge - if you have a suggestion or would like a type of meal not mentioned on these sheets - just ask! We aim to please!

Table Wine For Meal:  Needs to be ordered ahead. Number of bottles is usually based on (1- 750ml bottle to serve 4) We can arrange for any wine available at local L.C.B.O. stores - Prices will be determined. Prices for House wine is found on our Wedding Reception Price List. Consider serving time and procedures.

D.J. Or Entertainment For A Dance:  When and Where to set up. Time to begin playing. Finish time unless special arrangements are made is last call for the bar is 12:30 - 12:45 with last Dance at 1:00 am.

Decorations:  When and What is involved, choice of colors, type of decorations used must be discussed as some will interfere with our security system, and may only be used for the day of the event and then removed at end of day.

Table Arrangement:  Set up Plan and Seating arrangements. We do have 11 round tables available as well as the rectangular tables which both will seat 8 persons each. Space can be a concern if both types of tables are used. Most people can be seated using the rectangular tables. Maximum for Hot meal would be 120. For a dance in the summer months using our patio we can accommodate 150 - 200 people. A seating plan should not be finalized until table set up and arrangement has been approved by Pine Ridge.

Linens:  White Linen cloths and white paper dinner serviettes are supplied by Pine Ridge for hot meals. Colored overlays or linen napkins can be ordered to your specifications at your expense. Two weeks notice prior to date is required to special order in the linens.

Any special requirements such as Punch, Bar tickets, tabs, special dietary requests such as children’s menu or vegetarian meals - just ask. We appreciate knowing as much as possible about your guests, it will allow us to be as prepared as possible i.e.: Large shooter fans, particular brand of beer of liquor required. Some charges may apply.

Most anything can be arranged for you - some charges will apply with some items - others are complimentary upon booking your function. The main suggestion is to discuss with the coordinator any special details of your party. This basic discussion is based on 2 hours of consultation. If more time is required by our coordinator then an additional charge will apply.

Under 40 people $38.50 per person;
40 - 100 people $35.00 per person;
100 - 130 people $33.00 per person;

We can purchase any wine or champagne for you that is available at our local L.C.B.O store. Price will have to be confirmed upon your request. WE NO LONGER ALLOW WINE TO BE BROUGHT IN TO PINE RIDGE!

Buffet Menu

Salad Bar: Consisting of at least 10 items including, Tossed Salad, Pickles, Marinated Salads, Potato, Coleslaw, Devilled eggs, Regular Pasta salad or Greek pasta, pickled beets, or any combination of these.

Main Entrees : Choice of 3
Roast Beef, Baked Ham, Roasted 9 piece chicken, Sweet & Sour Meatballs, Lasagna, Roasted Turkey with Dressing.

Under 75 People,

Choice of one,- Roast Beef,Baked Ham,Turkey and Dressing

Or Choice of two,- Oven roasted Chicken Pieces,Lasagna,Sweet and Sour Meat Balls

Choice of Potatoes: 2 Kinds (½ of each)
Mashed, Baked, Scalloped or Oven Roasted. Gravy - Beef unless specified. Turkey /Chicken also available. Au Jus available with Roast Beef (If the group is under 50 people then 1 choice is available)

Bread or Buns: Dinner rolls are standard with any menu unless Italian or French sticks specified.

Desserts: Assorted Variety

Standard Dance Buffet Luncheon: (With a Meal ) $10.00/person Plus tax Assorted Cold Cuts, Crusty Rolls, Pickles, Veggie and Dip, Tea and Coffee, (Plates, Cups, Cutlery and Serviettes supplied by Pine Ridge)

Without a Meal: Would be $14.00/person + tax and gratuity (Assorted squares or salads can also be arranged for an additional charge)

Before Dinner Hors d’oeuvres for 100 people - Standard cheese and crackers, veggies and dip, & fruit punch during your social hour $245.00

Many brides like their wedding cake cut and served for their dance. Along with tea and coffee a minimal charge of $50.00 would apply to cover setup, plates and cutlery, beverage and cleanup.

For Dance Receptions we hire extra security. $50 Charge to apply
